The family living at this property wanted another office space to free up some space in the bedroom upstairs. Their idea was to split the garage in two. A smaller bike sized space at the front, keeping the existing garage door and a larger space at the back for the office. For quite a small space there was a lot of work to be done here, mostly insulating and waterf proofing the single skin of the garage to make it nice and cosy for when the electric underfloor heating was turned on. Complete fit out completed on time and on budget.
