This type pf project is what we enjoy doing the most at Construct. We can take your initial ideas, thoughts, needs and dreams and form the ideal solution to fulfill each one.

We can do the leg work for you if you wish e.g planning consent, building control applications, structural calculations to try and ease  the stress of your build.

All of our work comes with a defect period of one year as standard, so any snags that may arise e.g cracks in plaster due to the structure settling, with be dealt with no questions asked.

The kitchen is said to be the heart of the home, something which we couldn’t agree more with at Construct. When I think of the kitchen, memories of Christmas dinner in the oven feel my senses. Memories of family gatherings and the noise of dinner partys that always seems to end up occupying the kitchen! These experiences/ memories like this that make it so important to get this part of your home right.

Construct can take 100% responsibility for the deisgn of your kitchen. This usually means a good bit of back and forth with our clients and designers to really whittle down to what is needed, wanted and of course to make the absolute best use of the space available.
